* Traffic is not chargeable and is not taken into consideration, in case the input and output traffic ratio does not exceed 1:5. The input traffic exceeding the indicated ratio is reimbursable, namely 5 EUR for a gigabyte.

Data-Centre:
Dedicated servers are collocated in Latvia, in the company’s AD TECHNOLOGY data-centre. Data-centre is equipped with uninterruptible power, air conditioning and data transmission channel monitoring systems. The total traffic capacity of the channels for access to Latvian resources makes more than 400 Mbit/s. The access to the international resources of the Internet network is achieved by means of two channels with STM-1 capacity, rented from different operators, STM-4 channel in Helsinki and STM-1 channel in New York. Connecting to the external operators Deutsche Telecom (622 mbit/s, connection in Helsinki), Telia&Sonera (100mbit/s, connection in London) and MCI (100 Mbit/s, connection in New York), Telia&Sonera (100 mbit/s, connection in New York).

Dedicated server service provision terms
The operating systems Linux, FREEBSD or Microsoft Windows Server (depending of a customer’s choice) are installed on the dedicated servers, as well as the standard set of software (named, Apache or ISA, wu-ftp or proftpd, sendmail or postfix, perl, php, mySQL or postgreSQL).
In case a customer does not use AD TECHNOLOGY services of servers’ administration he gets privileged access (root) to the system’s resources using the SSH protocol.
AD TECHNOLOGY has a right to suspend service of dedicated server and dissolve the agreement in case a customer violates the followings rules:
A customer is under an obligation to follow the safety of the software, to update software in due time and to change configuration in accordance with the safety requirements, published by the developers of the software and/or Internet Security Services.
It is forbidden to use services for network transmission of any information, contradicting the current Latvian or international legislation.
The mass or single mailing of the not preliminary approved e-mails, ICQ, SMS and other similar means of interpersonal communication is forbidden. Under the mass mailing we understand both mailing to the great number of recipients and mass mailing to one recipient. Sending of information to the recipients previously expressed unwillingness to receive this information is forbidden as well.
The use of non-existent return addresses for sending of e-mail messages is forbidden, as well as falsification of IP-addresses or other information necessary for the normal functioning of network protocols.
It is impermissible to use the services for distribution of pornographic and other information of sexual character, as well as materials of offensive character for other participants of the social network.
The distribution of the copy-right protected materials piratically is inadmissible. As well as presenting deception schemes, means for software cracking.
The actions directed to the acquisition of unauthorized access, including privileged, to the Network resources (computer, any equipment or information resource) are inadmissible as well as the use of such access.
Transfer of senseless or useless information, creating the parasite load on these computers or equipment to the Network computers and equipment is forbidden, as well as to intermediate section of the Network, in volumes, exceeding minimum necessary ones for verification of coherence of networks and availability of its separate elements.
